QUALITY
CONTROL
The manufacturing process has to be managed, it's the only way to ensure the outcome. Before starting production, our team visits the factory, reviews samples, does the testing, providing you with updates during the whole process.
We also conduct regular quality control once the factory starts to manufacture your product. You will get reports with photos and videos. Our control will help you stay in control. You can make adjustments at any point without leaving your office.

You approve a production sample from the factory before manufacturing begins. That sample will be the golden standard for each manufactured product. We will also do trouble shooting with you and identify possible problems, so we can fix them before they become an issue.

A design and functionality evaluation is performed by our team when 80% of the order is finished. They will do the inspection and send you photos of the inventory, so you can give a green light and/or make your comments. The testers will also use the product to make sure it works properly. Our testing includes shipping simulation – we do some rough handling to make sure it will endure the trip across the ocean unscathed. This test is rarely done by other companies. We will send you the video of the "experiment". If there are defects, we will communicate with the factory and work out the bugs in their process. All damaged items will be replaced.
